Welcome to our little slice of HVVN — pronounced Heaven.

We’re Jes and Michael, the husband-and-wife duo behind the boots, bees, and bread. After growing up in rural towns and then wandering through cities, states, and a few unforgettable years RV-ing around the country, we felt the call to slow down and sink our roots somewhere that felt like home.

That pull led us to Heathsville, Virginia… and to the land that would become HVVN FARM.

HVVN stands for Human Vitality Via Nutrition, because we believe food should fuel long lives, strong bodies, and happy hearts. Our days are filled with tending gardens, checking hives, gathering eggs, baking sourdough, and learning something new just about every time we step outside.

We believe animals deserve sunshine, space, and freedom — which is why our hens roam, our bees buzz happily, and all of our creatures are treated more like beloved pets than livestock.

Right now, we focus on:

• Pasture-raised eggs
• Seasonal produce
• Garden seasonings
• Sourdough baked goods

We’re growing slowly and intentionally, building a homestead that lowers grocery bills, boosts health, and feeds our family — while sharing that abundance with friends, neighbors, and everyone who finds us at our farm stand or local farmers markets.

Around here, you’ll find muddy boots, warm bread, curious chickens, lots of laughter, and a reminder not to take life too seriously.
